Firstly, the Mac Maxi PC Suite (ver. 1.12) software is garbage. It never sees the connected ML329. I returned a previously purchased one because of this, but the replacement is also not recognized by the  app. I tried different USB cables, uninstalled and reinstalled the software; nothing works.

So I launched Parallels and Windows, downloaded the Windows version of the app and connected the device. It finally connected with the software.

The issue I'm having is that the device shows that I have S/W Ver: 1.14 in the "About" section (HW Ver: HW_V4). However, in "Update Mode", it shows that I have version 1.06 (also HW Ver: HW_V4).

Anyone else having this issue?

Why is this showing up as two different versions?
